Lucille Beatrice Feela

Lucille Beatrice (Buhl) Feela, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024, at her home in Park Rapids, MN, with her family by her side.

Lucille Buhl was born on November 4, 1935, to Frank and Bertha (Mikel) Buhl in Bertha, MN. She was raised on the family farm and attended country school. On December 22, 1952, she was married to Thomas Feela in Mason City, IA. The family made their home in California, Blaine, MN, and finally settled in Isanti, MN, in 1968. Lucille worked for Cornelius USA for 24 years testing various types of pop machines. In her free-time, she enjoyed reading and loved to be outdoors fishing, gardening, camping, being by the campfire, and joining her son Mike on trucking runs.

Lucille is survived by her sons, Michael (Linda) and Larry (Cindy) Feela, both of Park Rapids, MN; grandchildren, Michelle, Tammy, Shain, and Jake; and great-grandchildren, Paige, Jordan, Chance, Layle, and Aliyah. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and siblings, Roy, Lloyd, Gene, and Irene.

Mass of Christian Burial for Lucille will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Park Rapids, MN, with a time for visitation one hour before. Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date.
