Frederick William Wallman III

An army veteran of 30 years peacefully left his loving wife Callie, brother, Michael (Marley), sister Julia Wallman, sons, Theodore (Lynn) & Matthew, brother in law Matt St. Sauver, sister in law Suzee Kitch (Kraig), grandchildren Vincent & Amanda and many nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by his father & mother. Early in life Fred planned to retire at age 55. He achieved this goal and with Callie settled in Park Rapids, MN. Fred was a doer & a maker. He mostly enjoyed restoring old cars into street rods. He would drive to car shows all over the country winning trophies and being highlighted in several magazine articles with his many beautiful cars. A viewing will be held at Jones Pearson Funeral home on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 pm. 608 Park Avenue South, Park Rapids, MN 56470. Services will be held at Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel, Historic Fort Snelling, Highway 5 & 55, St. Paul, MN 55111 on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 12:30-1:15pm. Burial service will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, 7601 34th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55450, 2:00 pm. Reception will be held at Everett McClay VFW Post 1296, 311 West 84th Street, Bloomington, MN 55420; 3:00-6:00 pm.
