On January 18th, Della Jean Moore left this world to be with her heavenly Father and His Son Jesus and all those she loved that proceeded her. Her son and daughters, Cade, Marisa, and Ginger, and grandchildren, Drew, Lauryn, Elliot, and Maxwell all miss her deeply. Her sisters Harriet and Leta and all her friends remember her for her kindness and caring. Della was a faithful and loving wife and mother. To the chagrin of her children, she gave a lot of her time and energy serving the church and others. After her children left home she went on to United Theological Seminary getting a Masters of Divinity degree. She helped and was loved by many Ethiopian and other African immigrants. She also served as chaplain in a Presbyterian nursing home for 10 years and was loved by all. She retired to Tucson Arizona and loved and enjoyed her friends, church, and weather. Now she is rejoicing in paradise with those she loves. Healthy and happy.
