MARYANNE S. WILSON August 21, 1920 " March 29, 2009Maryanne S. Wilson, age 88 of Park Rapids, Minnesota passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2009 at St. Joseph"s Hospital in Park Rapids. Maryanne was born August 21, 1920, to George and Louise (Shearer) Schoneberger. She was united in marriage to James A. Wilson on September 16, 1944. They had three children: Jeff, Marianne (Dolly) and Steve. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim; her son, Jeff; her grandson, Johnny; one sister, Ruth Kopp and one brother, Joe Schoneberger. She is survived by her daughter, Dolly (John) Stennes of Grand Forks, ND and her son, Steve (Mara) Wilson of Nevis, MN; five grand daughters: Megan Diamond, Erin Pace, Lindsey Wilson, Kelly Wilson and Emily Stennes; six great grandchildren: Joe and Emma Diamond, Elijah, Lauren and Aidan Pace, and Sage Wilson-Narlock. Memorials will be given to Maryanne"s favorite charities. Services will be held 11 AM Friday, April 3, 2009 at the St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Park Rapids, MN with Father Thomas Friedl officiating. Joy Horejsi will be the accompanist. Annette Haas will be the song leader. Congregational hymns will be: "Be Not Afraid", "You Are Mine", "Let There Be Peace On Earth" and "Here I Am Lord". Honorary casketbearers will be: Megan Diamond, Erin Pace, Lindsey Wilson, Kelly Wilson and Emily Stennes. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM Thursday, April 2, 2009 at the Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids.
