FUNERAL SERVICES : A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, June 13, 2010 at the Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids, MN with Reverend David Cripp officiating.VISITATION :INTERMENT : will be made at Greenwood Cemetery in Park Rapids, MN.SURVIVORS :Katherine will be lovingly remembered by her children, Albert of Cottage Grove, MN, Joel (Cheryl) of Woodbury, MN, Phillip (Diane) of Meadow Vista, CA, Linda (Steve) of Wellington, New Zealand, Rebecca (Joseph) of Park Rapids, MN and Mark of Tucson, AZ; 15 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren; her brother and sisters, Mary of South St. Paul, MN, Dolly of Inver Grove Heights, MN, Mike (Ann) of South St. Paul, MN and Madeline of Buhl, MN. KATHERINE BOCHE June 15, 1911 ~ October 13, 2009 Katherine Boche, age 98 of Park Rapids, MN passed away on October 13, 2009 at the Green Pine Acres Nursing Home in Menahga, MN. Katherine was born on June 15, 1911 to Joseph and Mary Jugovich in Buhl, MN. As a teenager she moved to South St. Paul, MN. She was united in marriage to Albert Boche on October 19, 1935. This union was blessed with six children; Albert, Joel, Phillip, Linda, Rebecca and Mark. From 1940 to 1953 the family resided in St. Paul Park. The family moved to Moorhead where they lived until retiring to Bad Medicine Lake near Park Rapids. Katherine and Al traveled to New Zealand and spent 20+ winters in California. She enjoyed tending her flower gardens and garnered many awards at various county and state fairs. Katherine will be lovingly remembered by her children, Albert of Cottage Grove, MN, Joel (Cheryl) of Woodbury, MN, Phillip (Diane) of Meadow Vista, CA, Linda (Steve) of Wellington, New Zealand, Rebecca (Joseph) of Park Rapids, MN and Mark of Tucson, AZ; 15 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren; her brother and sisters, Mary of South St. Paul, MN, Dolly of Inver Grove Heights, MN, Mike (Ann) of South St. Paul, MN and Madeline of Buhl, MN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert, her brothers, Joseph, Anthony and John, her sisters, Ann, Rose, Ellen and infant. A celebration of life will be held 2:00 P.M., Sunday, June 13, 2010 at the Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids, MN. Interment will be made at Greenwood Cemetery in Park
