SURVIVORS : include his wife, Joan Rhodes; son and daughter-in-law Mark and Stacy Rhodes of Arlington, TX; daughters and sons-in-law Lori and Rick Kovacich of Cypress; Teri Rhodes of Houston, TX, and Debbie and Jim Ray of Houston, TX; grandchildren: Daniel Richard Kovacich, Kathleen Sarah Kovacich, Austin Ryan Rhodes, and Rachel Madelynn Rhodes; sister and brother-in-law Gloria and Lester Steidl of Somerset, KY. MILTON AARON RHODES, JR. September 2, 1927 ~ February 23, 2010 Milton A. "Dusty" Rhodes, Jr., 82, husband of Joan Adele Rhodes, died February 23, 2010 in Brenham, TX. Milton was born September 2, 1927 in Moose Lake, MN. to Milton Aaron Sr. and Florence Sarah (Enfield) Rhodes. On June 12, 1954, he married Joan Adele (Clayton) in Minneapolis, MN. and served his country in the U. S. Army. He was employed by Sears for 30 years as a salesman. A member of Country Bible Church, Dusty loved the Lord Jesus Christ, telling others about Him at every opportunity. One of his favorite Bible verses was Romans 1:16: "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believeth." Survivors include his wife, Joan Rhodes; son and daughter-in-law Mark and Stacy Rhodes of Arlington, TX; daughters and sons-in-law Lori and Rick Kovacich of Cypress; Teri Rhodes of Houston, TX, and Debbie and Jim Ray of Houston, TX; grandchildren: Daniel Richard Kovacich, Kathleen Sarah Kovacich, Austin Ryan Rhodes, and Rachel Madelynn Rhodes; sister and brother-in-law Gloria and Lester Steidl of Somerset, KY.
