KIMBERLY MICHELE ADAMS May 25, 1964 ~ April 3, 2010 Kimberly Michele Adams, age 45 passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Park Rapids, MN on Saturday, April 3, 2010. Kimberly was born on May 25, 1964 in Waco, TX to Thomas and Donna (Jarl) Petty. Kimberly attended McArthur High School in San Antonio, TX and graduated in 1982. She was united in marriage to Bryan Adams and their union was blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Chelsea. Kimberly attended nursing school at the Detroit Lakes Area Vocational Technical College and received her degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She also attended training to become an Emergency Medical Technician and worked with North Memorial, Longville and Walker Ambulance Services. In her spare time, Kimberly loved to read, go bowling, go to the movies with the girls and was also an avid cross-stitcher. Kimberly will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Chelsea Adams of Elgin, TX; her mother, Donna Petty of Park Rapids, MN; as well as many relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father. Services will be held at 3:30 P.M., Friday, April 9, 2010 at the Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids with Reverend Laurence Hoganson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
