DeVORE REESEMay 23, 1929 ~ September 12, 2011 Louise G. DeVore Reese, age 82 of rural Nevis, MN passed away on Monday, September 12, 2011 at St. Joseph"s Hospital in Park Rapids, MN. Louise was born on May 23, 1929 in Lynn, MN and was married to Alvin J. Reese on January 21, 1954. Louise is survived by her 4 sons: Roger D. (Becky) Reese of Nevis, MN, Kenneth R. (Maggie) Reese of Pelican Rapids, MN, David J. Reese of Cody, WY and Michael C. Reese of Park Rapids, MN; her daughter, Michelle (Jessie) Grubb of Hubbard, MN; 6 grandsons; 6 granddaughters; 10 great grandsons and 3 great granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alvin and sons Rocky Alvin and Jesse Edwin. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids, MN. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services. Interment will be held in the Lakeview Cemetery in Nevis, MN.
