MEMORIAL SERVICES : 2:00 P.M. Saturday March 23, 2013 at Faith Baptist Church, Park Rapids, MN.VISITATION : 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Saturday March 23, 2013 at the Jones Pearson Funeral Home, Park Rapids, MN and for one hour prior to the service at the church. SURVIVORS : Her husband, Chuck of Park Rapids, MN; three daughters: Jane (Don) Dozier of Waxahachie, TX, Susan (Kirk) Fuller Roetman of Atlanta, GA and Julie Fuller of Park Rapids, MN; one son, Tom (Julie) Fuller of Littleton, CO; 6 grandchildren: Elizabeth Dozier Little (Bill), Matthew Thomas Dozier (Rachel), Erin Fuller, Ben Fuller, Josh Fuller and Ethan Roetman; 5 great grandchildren: William Little, Luke Little, Owen Little, Henry Dozier and Theron Dozier; two sisters: Lorraine Taylor of Annandale, VA, and Mary Helen Martin of Marshall, TX. JUDITH L. FULLERMay 25, 1932 ~ March 18, 2013 Judith L. "Judy" Fuller age 80 of Park Rapids, MN, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013 at the Heritage Living Center in Park Rapids. Judy was born in Monroe, Iowa on May 25, 1932 to Theron and Doris Merritt. Judy grew up in Newton, IA, she moved with her family to Park Rapids, MN and attended Park Rapids High School from her sophomore through senior year, and Judy graduated in the class of 1950. During her high school years she worked in her parents" restaurant the "Beefburger". Judy graduated from Teachers Training following high school and taught all 6 grades in one room country school Number 19 from 1951 to 1952. Judy was a loyal high school classmate and motivating factor in her high school reunions and monthly breakfasts with local area classmates at the West 40. Judy was united in marriage to Charles E. (Chuck) Fuller August 16, 1952 at the Riverside Methodist Church in Park Rapids, MN. This union was blessed with four children: Jane, Thomas, Susan and Julie. Judy moved to Manhattan, KS where Chuck was attending the College of Veterinary Medicine, Kansas State University. She was the epitome of an outstanding Air Force wife and lived in Charleston, SC, Columbus, OH, the Panama Canal Zone, Cocoa Beach, FL, Camp Springs, MD, Clear Lake City, TX and Dayton, OH during Chuck"s Air Force career. Judy was a Girl Scout Leader and a room mother for her children for eight years. She was masterful with interior décor, making a new house look wonderfully complete within a matter of days after arriving at a new Air Force assignment. Judy was also an outstanding cook. Judy was a perfect wife and enjoyed many kinds of crafts and sewing. She perfected a lovely collector"s kaleidoscope featuring front surface mirrors and natural miniature sea horses, sand dollars, starfish and tiny colorful sea shells which tumbled through an oil suspension. She called these "Seascopes by Judy" and marketed them for about 20 years in the United States and Canada. Judy loved her flower and bulb gardens. Above all, Judy devoted her life to caring for her family whom she loved with all of her heart. Judy was also inseparable from her little dog, a Pug named Molly during the last three years.Judy is survived by her husband, Chuck of Park Rapids, MN; three daughters: Jane (Don) Dozier of Waxahachie, TX, Susan (Kirk) Fuller Roetman of Atlanta, GA and Julie Fuller of Park Rapids, MN; one son, Tom (Julie) Fuller of Littleton, CO; 6 grandchildren: Elizabeth Dozier Little (Bill), Matthew Thomas Dozier (Rachel), Erin Fuller, Ben Fuller, Josh Fuller and Ethan Roetman; 5 great grandchildren: William Little, Luke Little, Owen Little, Henry Dozier and Theron Dozier; two sisters: Lorraine Taylor of Annandale, VA, and Mary Helen Martin of Marshall, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Betty Schoneberger.Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday March 23, 2013 at Faith Baptist Church in Park Rapids, MN. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Saturday March 23, 2013 at the Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids and 1 hour prior to services at church. Reverend Marty Giese and Pastor Abe Cardosa will be officiating. Memorials are preferred to St. Joseph"s Hospice in Park Rapids.
