LOUKS, JR.September 30, 1950 ~ April 25, 2013 William Harold Louks, Jr., age 62 of Park Rapids, MN passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2013 with his loved ones at his side.Willie was born on September 30, 1950 to William and Lucille (Schmoll) Louks in Wabasha, MN. As a young man, he and his family moved to the Park Rapids area. He graduated from the Laporte High School. He worked many years in the construction business before retiring in 2003. Willie was an avid fisherman and hunter who also loved to garden. He also enjoyed going moose hunting and fishing at his cousin"s lodge in Canada and elk hunting in Colorado with his brother, Albert and nephew, Cecil and cousin, Rick. He loved taking his dog "Little Buddy" for walks. Willie will be missed by all who knew him.He will be lovingly remembered by his fiancée, Kathy Schmit; step-son, Troy; brothers: Ronnie, Bernie, Danny and Albert; sisters: Nancy, Anita and Darla; uncle, Terry; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.Willie was preceded in death by his parents.Per Willie"s request, no services will be held.
