RONALD L. SPECHT December 13, 1941 - June 30. 2013 Ronald L. Specht, age 71, of Park Rapids, MN, formerly of Stacy, MN, passed away on June 30, 2013 at the Heritage Nursing Home in Park Rapids MN. Ronald was born on December 13, 1941 in Aitkin, MN to John and Ura (Starry) Specht. He was married on September 12, 1964 to Mary Berger at the Bread of Life Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, MN. He attended school at the Minnesota School for the Deaf in Faribault, MN. Ronald worked as a dental maker and he loved fishing, woodworking and going to the casinos. Ronald was preceded in death by beloved wife Mary, survived by son Dave Specht, daughter Bonnie Beach (Tracy), three granddaughters: Kiaysa, Taylor and Mary, two sisters: Sharon Carlson and Jean Belich (Steve). Memorial service will be held on Monday July 8, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Johns Lutheran church in Stacy, MN. with Reverend Edward Weatley officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the church.
