Cindy L. Dickinson

   Cindy L. Dickinson, age 60 of Wadena, MN formerly of Park Rapids, MN, was promoted into heavenly glory and was fully healed on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the Oak Ridge Group Home in Wadena where she has lived for the past 33 years.    Cindy was born on May 25, 1957 to Doug and Lois Dickenson in Park Rapids, MN. Although Cindy was severely handicapped and unable to walk, talk or feed herself; she loved being around people. She also loved hair bows and jewelry that sparkled. It is a great comfort to her brothers, other family members and friends that Cindy is now in heaven fully healed and restored and now fully having a relationship with her parents who loved her so.    Cindy is survived by her two brothers: Kenny (Julie) Dickinson and Kurt (Jill) Dickinson all of Park Rapids; her three nieces: Ashley (Jason) Aus of Ocklawaha, FL, Rachel (Jeremy) Utecht of Fargo, ND and Karly Dickinson of Los Angeles, CA; three nephews: Kyle Dickinson of Duluth, MN, Jeff Dickinson of Minneapolis, MN and Jake Dickinson of Duluth, MN along with two great nieces and two great nephews, other relatives and her family at the Oak Ridge Home in Wadena.    She was preceded in death by her parents.    Funeral services will be held 2 PM Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Her casket bearers will be: Kenny and Julie Dickinson, Kurt and Jill Dickinson, Brandon Fransen and Cody Fransen. Interment will be made next to her mother in the Hubbard Cemetery southeast of Park Rapids.
